He has worked extensively across distribution, manufacturing, and consumer companies, partnering with founders to identify EBITDA expansion opportunities, reduce operational risk, and prepare companies for successful strategic exits.
Before co-founding Founders Tomorrow, Steve worked in and alongside investment banking and corporate development roles, gaining firsthand insight into how buyers underwrite value—and where founders routinely leave it on the table.
Steve is known for his practical, operator-minded approach and his ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, executable actions for founders.
